There seems to be something deeply wrong with the Lulu shopping cart. I have added a book (Platinum Grit book 3), I have specified my address and shipping. Now my options are to update my cart or continue shopping. Nothing I can see that will allow me to, you know, buy the bloody thing.
Maybe it's a safety mechanism, not being able to commit orders, since the last time I tried I ended up with three copies of my order.

Help with lulu checkout
Hey,I'm an employee with Lulu and was pointed to your blog by a colleague. I took a look at your account and I am not seeing the problem you described. I added "Platinum Grit - Book Three" to your cart, and I am able to see the Checkout button. If you are still having a problem, please go to www.lulu.com/help and use our LiveHelp support.

Home service, how nice!I think the button I am missing is 'PLACE ORDER' on the order review page (according to the help files).
I spent a session with Lulu live help last night, and the person there reckoned it was because I had a PO Box as my address (even though I wasn't asking for courier delivery or anything). Now I look in the Shipping help and it does say that you don't deliver to international PO Boxes (but only in the domestic shipping section of help!)
I have used the same box for previous Lulu orders (not to mentions a great many other transactions), and it is very much my preferred solution.
(Not that it was giving an error message on the screen with the missing button, to make it obvious why there was a problem. The only message to that effect was on a different screen that says "You may not send packages to Post Office Boxes via Federal Express or UPS," neither of which I selected.)
